Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your WVH® account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
